Offerors must be authorized distributors of Eaton 9PX UPS systems with a minimum of two years of prior experience, supported by manufacturer documentation, and must maintain an active wholesale or retail business location with warehousing and inventory operations on the island of Oahu.
The scope includes nine line items: 100 units of 9PX 5kVA UPS systems, 100 units of 9PX 2kVA UPS systems, and various supporting components including external battery modules, transformers, and rack extender kits, with provision for a second phase of 10–20 units of each item. The contract commences upon execution and extends through June 30, 2027, with options for two additional twelve-month extension periods at the same or lower price.
