All prices are FOB destination; no separate payment will be made for mobilization, demobilization, supervision, or after-hours work.
Pre-award qualifications require offerors to have been in operation for a minimum of five years with normal business activity focused on escalator cleaning services, and to possess at least two years of recent experience operating industrial escalator deep-cleaning machines. Contractors must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of $2,000,000 General Aggregate and $1,000,000 Each Occurrence, and Workers' Compensation insurance at statutory limits, naming the City of Phoenix as an additional insured. The contract will commence on or about December 1, 2026, and continue for five years. Written inquiries are due July 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Award shall be made to a single contractor or multiple contractors at the City's discretion based on technical capability, equipment availability, safety record, and complaint history. The City reserves the right to award to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror or to reject any or all offers.
