Downloaded is Attachment 7 - Past Performance Questionnaire - is the the correct form? yes. ATTACHMENT 7 Does the government have any as build drawings for the existing system?
Government has as-built and system prototype drawings available to the awardee.
The specs are calling for schematics and engineered drawings that don’t seem necessary if we are just replacing like for like unless they are needed for the addition of the bubble dampers.
.1.2 Layout COTS valve/damper/ transition ductwork/sensors for supply/return, hoods, and snorkels along with line connections with existing JACE interface to the Micro-Processor Control plug-in unit; you are replacing valves and adding new dampers. CDRLs A017, A026, A079, A080 and A032 information from the prototype will be provided and will require schematics/line updates based on the completion of the layout task.
Are there any other acceptable control valves besides the Phoenix valves?
1. No.
Would drawings be needed for the entire system as a whole or just the replacement valves and dampers?
3.1.5 Document As-installed drawing changes
and Final Installation Test Report: requires Appendix A schematics to be updated for each sequence contracted and submitted as CDRL A012 with valve position and damper locations along with notes on controls adjustments required for a functioning system as part of the deliverable
Can new access openings be cut in?
No; utilize existing access panels. Part of the layout challenge is location of access and pass-through and noting these as part of the CDRL A080 drawings (enhancing Appendix A schematics for each sequence contracted).
If a company will be utilizing dedicated space in support of the work to be performed under a resultant contract from Solicitation No. 17-233-SOL-00311. This expense is not included in a company's current DCAA recognized 2017 bidding indirect rates.
We would like to confirm that this cost will be recognized by the Government as an other direct cost.

Please follow the instruction in the solicitation for further guidance. Price is being used.
Additional question concerning Past Performance Questionnaires:
Can the CCASS be included in the Past Performance Volume to satisfy the PPQ requirement for this contract?
Please see below from Solicitation :2. In conducting the Past Performance evaluation, the Government reserves the right to use both the information provided in the offeror’s Past Performance Volume and information obtained from other sources, such as the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) or similar systems, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and commercial sources. Offerors are reminded that both independent data and data provided by offerors in their proposals may be used by the Government to evaluate offeror past performance.
