The objective of this contract is to provide custodial, composting, and pest control services at the Denver Federal Center for buildings 1, 1A, 15, 16, 20, 21, 25, 94, 95, 40, 41, 44, 45, 46, 50, 52, 53, 54, 55, 64, 64A, 710, 710A and Guard Shacks 1-7. The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and must plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective, timely performance of all services.
(SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND ATTACHMENTS)
A tour of the facilities will be provided by GSA beginning on May 16, 2014, at 9:00 AM at Building 41, Remington Arms Conference Room, Denver Federal Center, 6th and Kipling Street, Lakewood, Colorado. Please enter the building from the South side at Entrance S-3. As this is a high-level security facility, all participants must enter the facility and sign-in through:
Entrance Gate 1, located on the east side of the Denver Federal Center. Offeror's are responsible for their own transportation to and from each building. Parking accommodations are located in designated visitor areas around the Denver Federal Center. GSA will provide vans to accomplish the internal building-to-building tour.
Individuals who plan to attend are requested to contact Lorraine Douglas at Lorraine.douglas@gsa.gov and Aaron Adams at aaron.adams@gsa.gov, no later than close of business May 14, 2014, to enable a count of attendance. Please limit the number of attendees per organization to two (2) individuals. It is requested that any questions prior to the walk through need be e-mailed to lorraine.douglas@gsa.gov and aaron.adams@gsa.gov, mailed, no later than 2:00 p.m. MST, May 14, 2014
No questions will be entertained during this tour. All questions are to be emailed to Aaron Adams aaron.adams@gsa.gov) and Lorraine Douglas (lorraine.douglas@gsa.gov) no later than 2:00 pm, May 23, 2014.
