The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order. Interested vendors should reference the solicitation documents for all terms and conditions. Due to COVID-19, attendance should be limited to only necessary personnel. Standard COVID-19 protocols will be followed during the site visit. Social distancing guidelines will be followed whenever practicable.

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the site visit scheduled for May 5th. The site visit will be held on May 12th from 0900 to 12PM EST in accordance with the following COVID related requirements:

Individuals who are residents of the District of Columbia,  Maryland, and Virginia are required to complete the attached wellness check on the day of the site visit. Individuals who are not residents of District of Columbia,  Maryland, and Virginia, must submit test results prior to attending.
