About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command seeks delivery and installation of closed-circuit television security cameras at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, with proposals due August 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334220 with a 1,250-employee size standard.

Place of performance is Whiteman AFB, MO. The contractor shall install 13 wired infrastructure cameras—11 with pan-tilt-zoom capability and 2 static cameras—across multiple buildings and the wastewater treatment plant headworks station. The system must be standalone without internet connectivity, with a 30-day minimum network video recorder server located in Building 2005, two 40-inch wall-mounted monitoring stations with 3-axis keyboards at Buildings 2005 and 5034, managed switches with Power over Ethernet capability accepting multi-mode and single-mode fiber, and approximately 1,445 linear feet of cabling with fiber-optic connections to enable redundant control and centralized viewing. All cameras must be Trade Agreements Act compliant; the storage device FIPS 140-3 compliant; managed switches from the DISA Approved Products List; and software DAF-approved. The contractor provides all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment, and must coordinate delivery with a minimum 48-hour advance notice. Work is performed Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1600 hours. The contractor shall conduct system testing, provide one-year warranty on all components, deliver operator training of at least one hour with manuals and training materials, and achieve full operational status. The procurement requires Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 1, compliance with UFC 4-021-02 and DAFGM 2024-32-01 standards, and FAR 52.204-25 restrictions on covered country telecommunications equipment. Evaluation criteria weight technical capability and price equally, with price contributing substantially to selection. Quotes must remain valid for 90 days and be structured in two volumes: Price Proposal (2 pages plus pricing schedule) and Technical Proposal (3 pages). All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and acknowledge all three amendments issued August 7, 20, and 21, 2026. The PSC code is 6350.
