About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks proposals for the Antenna Program Services III contract to provide program management, engineering, installation, logistics, and other technical support services to the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Tinker Air Force Base. Offerors must propose pricing for labor categories and contract line items covering a base period of four years, three one-year option periods, a six-month extension period, and an initial 60-day phase-in period. Proposals will be evaluated based on total evaluated price calculated from fixed unit prices provided by offerors on the attached pricing matrix. The deadline for responses is December 22, 2022.

The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The predominate NAICS code is 541715 and PSC code R425. The contract has a potential maximum period of performance from June 2023 to March 2031 based on the exercise of all option periods and a six-month extension. The minimum required performance for this contract is the Phase‐In of 60 days and one year of program management which will be awarded after the Phase-In period. The total ordering period of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
