About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a Safety Program Plan to be delivered under a contract between a contractor and the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). It specifies the plan will detail system safety management and engineering tasks to identify and eliminate hazards throughout changes to the baseline system configuration. The plan is due 30 days after contract start and then must be updated as required, with copies provided to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. It lists the required content and formatting for the plan.
The federal contract opportunity is for Total Engineering and Integration Services to support USAISEC's information systems and information technology needs over a life cycle. Services will include engineering, implementation, logistics, evaluation, testing, sustainment, and retirement support worldwide, including in remote and sometimes hostile locations with limited infrastructure. Work involving highly secure facilities and the highest clearances may be necessary. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is the contracting agency.
