About this file
This document is a job aid from April 1, 2020, providing procedural guidance for entering reseller information in the STAR procurement system. The document does not specify particular states, agencies, or jurisdictions, but appears to be instructional material for government procurement personnel who work with reseller contracts within the STAR system framework.
The job aid outlines a three-step process for handling requisitions when a reseller is listed as the supplier rather than the primary contractor. The document explains that when using resellers, the standard contract ID field will not display the underlying contract, requiring users to locate the "Reseller Contract ID" field which shows all available contracts for all resellers. Users must then manually enter the contract number in the "Buying Agreement ID" field to search for and select the appropriate contract ID. The document includes visual references to screenshots that demonstrate the process, though the specific goods, services, pricing terms, or contract values are not detailed in this procedural guidance.
