RE: Experience & Capacity: Inventory & Logistics

Dear State of Arizona:

Senergy Petroleum has 18 trucks specialized to provide bulk and packaged lubricants needs. These trucks are properly outfitted with hoses, tanks, reels, and other necessary equipment; this ensures lubricants are accurately and safely dispensed to appropriate locations for our State of Arizona customers.

In addition to our specialized lubricant fleet, Senergy boasts warehouses with updated state of the art technology and storage capabilities in Mesa, Phoenix, Thatcher, Tucson, and Yuma. Our procurement team works diligently to source products from our national suppliers and local and regional manufacturers. This ensures a consistent flow of products, meaning less chances of shortages. Harnessing technology and experience, our procurement team works earnestly every day in maintaining appropriate levels of inventory. If awarded, we will do everything within our capacity to store enough products to keep ADOT and other key public agencies flush. Our warehouses and bulk storage facilities in neighboring states (NM, NV, TX, UT, CO) could also be tapped into and have products transferred to Arizona without affecting your current pricing.

Overall, rest assured that Senergy Petroleum will continue operating at the highest level of service and continue our growth and expand our footprint as an industry titan in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain States.
