Much of the connection hardware used on the tubing was made of dissimilar metals. This configuration is unusual in stainless tubing systems and was only recently discovered because the carbon connections have started to show visible signs of corrosion. This can lead to accelerated rates of corrosion and is technically not allowed in ground support pressure systems under AFSPCMAN 91-710 LOSC Tailored 11.2.1.5.6. The relief valve was lacking a calibration tag. The inspector was shown calibration documentation for the relief valve in question while on site so the item has been listed as "other".
