13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed to provide complete guidance.)

Contractor Personnel will be required to enter the classified storage vault and provide services to clean the office and rest room areas. Janitorial Contractor will not handle classified material but, maybe subject to bear-items sitting around in PPP&M area of the warehouse.

guidance: 10j: Guidance for handling "For Official Use Only" (FOUO) information is contained in DODM 5200.01, Volume 4. It is not a classification marker but identifies DOD information that is exempt from public disclosure. It must not be given general circulation without receiving public release authority per block 12 above. DLA requires FOUO be destroyed in the same manner as classified information.
11a: Security guidance for this contract is provided in the DOD 5220.22-M, "National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual" (NISPOM), DODM 5200.01, DLAI 6304, The DLA Information Security Program Handbook, the DLA Physical Security Guidebook.

11j: Contractors are required to develop their own OPSEC guides. The Contracting agency will provide OPSEC guidance for Contractors if requested. Contractors are required to receive OPSEC training, the DLA Annual OPSEC refresher will satisfy this requirement.
