12/29/2010 - Responses to Questions received regarding Sample Task Order submission
11. The VIP Protection course has three Lead Instructor labor categories identified in the RFP (see Section J, Attachment 4); however, the RFP in Attachment 2 also lists seven Instructors (presumably including the Attachment 4 Lead Instructors as part of the seven identified). The three labor categories associated with Lead Instructors (in RFP Attachment 4) are: classroom special program instruction, firearms training and driving. Should the offeror propose costs for the three Lead Instructors for the entire length of the course, in addition to the four Staff Instructors?
Response: The offeror should propose costs for the three Lead Instructors for the entire length of the course in addition to the four Staff Instructors (for a total of 7 instructors).
12. Please clarify whether the due date for deficiency responses has also been extended as a result of the extension through January 7, 2011 for SWO responses.
Response: The Government will entertain questions until 5PM EST January 4, 2011. Responses to the sample task/work orders are due back via email to Contract Specialist Ted Schaeffer (SchaefferWT@state.gov) no later than 5:00 PM Friday January 7, 2011.
