About this file

This document is a Question & Answer Solicitation Amendment 6 for the Washington State Lottery's Request for Qualifications and Quotation (RFQQ246) for Print Services. The amendment addresses specific vendor inquiries regarding print materials, including details about counter cards and in-lane pieces, with clarifications on paper finish (gloss) and adhesive requirements (Kleen Stik pressure sensitive tape). The document indicates that potential contractors must be able to provide the products typically requested by the Lottery, as outlined in Exhibit F, and that inability to produce all items does not automatically disqualify a vendor from contract consideration.

The amendment provides critical technical clarifications for potential bidders, specifically noting that counter cards will use 130# topkote cover with a gloss finish, and in-lane pieces will use 10"w file with 111 topkote cover, also in gloss finish. The document explicitly states that no changes to the original solicitation are required by these questions and answers, and directs any additional inquiries to the Procurement Coordinator, Jenna Johnson, at Jenna.johnson@walottery.com. This amendment serves as a supplemental guidance document to help vendors better understand the specific requirements of the print services solicitation.
