About this file

This document is a Question & Answer Solicitation Amendment 2 for the Washington State Lottery's Request for Qualifications and Quotation (RFQQ246) for Print Services. The amendment addresses a specific inquiry about the requirement for print services to be conducted within Washington State, referencing RCW 43.19.748, which mandates that the Lottery, as a state agency, must utilize print services conducted within the state. The document provides clarification that no changes are required to the original solicitation and directs any additional questions to the Procurement Coordinator.

The amendment reinforces the state's preference for local businesses by explicitly stating that print services must be performed within Washington State. This requirement is part of the broader solicitation for print services, which seeks to establish contracts with qualified printing service providers. The document serves as a supplementary communication to potential bidders, ensuring clarity on the geographic restrictions for the procurement and providing contact information for further inquiries about the solicitation.
