About this file

The document is a Bidder's Checklist for Bid26612 Painting Services issued by the City of Oklahoma City and its Trusts. The checklist outlines the comprehensive requirements for potential bidders seeking to provide painting services, detailing the necessary steps for submitting a competitive bid through the Electronic Bidding System. Bidders are required to read and acknowledge various bidding documents, including the Notice to Bidders, General Instructions, Specifications, Special Provisions, and Pricing Agreement, with a specific note that the bidder's entity name must match across all submitted documents.

The bid requires bidders to complete and upload multiple documents in PDF format, including an Item Response Form, Pricing Agreement, Insurance and Warranty documentation, Vendor Contact Form, and additional supporting documents such as References, Construction Business Relationship Affidavit, and Construction Anti Noncollusion Affidavit. A key contractual highlight is the warranty provision, which mandates that all materials and equipment be listed and labeled for their intended purpose, with a minimum one-year warranty from the date of final acceptance covering latent defects, design, materials, workmanship, and installation. Any subcontracted work will be considered as if performed directly by the awarded supplier and subject to the same warranty terms.
