About this file
This document is Addendum #4 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) for an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The RFP seeks a multi-tenant, subscription-based EHR and revenue-cycle management solution for eleven healthcare facilities operated by MDH. The addendum revises Section 3.11.7.B regarding the replacement of key personnel, and updates a reference to Section 5.12 - Volume I - Technical Proposal. The RFP has an issue date of July 12, 2022 and an addendum issuance date of September 2, 2022. Vendors must return the signed addendum acknowledgement with their proposal.
The RFP does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, the current environment, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information beyond the procurement of the EHR SaaS solution. The focus of the document is on the revisions made in Addendum #4 to the original RFP.
