About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) for an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The Addendum revises the EHR Functional and Business Requirements document and updates the training plan and approach requirements. The RFP is seeking a multi-tenant, subscription-based SaaS solution for EHR and revenue-cycle management for eleven healthcare facilities operated by MDH. The original RFP was issued on July 12, 2022 with an addendum issued on August 4, 2022.
The Addendum requires the selected Contractor to develop a training plan and approach, produce training courses and materials, and conduct train-the-trainer, end-user, and technical training. The training materials must reference appropriate system documentation and operating procedures. The Contractor shall coordinate with MDH's Contract Monitor to arrange all training timelines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
