A respondent which holds a current contract with the DEP solely for support services (e.g., administrative or Petroleum Contamination Site Cleanup Management Services ((Management Services”)) is not, per se, precluded from submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation or disqualified from receiving a contract hereunder.
Within 30 days of execution of the contract, the selected contractor(s) shall establish and maintain an office (in location compliant with the local government land use regulations staffed by at least one part-time employee) within 25 miles of the DEP Division of Waste Management office located on Blair Stone Road in Tallahassee, Florida to accommodate the requirement to deliver and retrieve documents daily as identified in the Scope of Work. The office must have a working telephone and email access, and equipment necessary for this Scope of Work such as a computer, printer and scanner.
