About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for a Check Processing System contract between Datrue, Inc. and the State of North Dakota, specifically involving the North Dakota Office of Management and Budget's State Procurement Office. The contract is identified by Contract Number 303 and provides a framework for governmental entities to utilize the check processing services through this participating agreement.

The addendum establishes Datrue, Inc. as the primary contractor, with Terry Fields serving as the General Manager, and provides guidelines for purchase orders, subcontractor engagement, and contract implementation. While specific pricing details are not explicitly outlined in this document, the addendum indicates that purchasing entities can issue purchase orders, including through business procurement cards, and that the contract terms will govern the service delivery. The participating addendum is effective upon approval by the North Dakota Office of Management and Budget and will continue until the contract's termination date, with provisions for multi-year agreements to remain in effect even after the primary contract expires.
