About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment #9) for the Tax Check Processing System (Contract #303) between the State of North Dakota, specifically involving the Office of Management and Budget's State Procurement Office and the Office of State Tax Commissioner, and Datrue, Inc. as the contractor. The amendment was executed in February 2023 by representatives from Datrue, Inc. and the State of North Dakota.
The amendment primarily addresses two key areas: insurance requirements and contract renewal. For insurance, the amendment specifies minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000 for commercial general liability and employer's liability/stop-gap insurance. Regarding the contract term, the parties agreed to renew the contract for an additional one-year period, extending the expiration date to June 30, 2024. The contract retains the option to be renewed for up to four years total, with three renewals remaining and the potential for an additional 12-month extension. All other original contract terms remain in effect.
