PREPARATION
A.1 Furnish all labor and materials to fabricate and install a THREE-STAGE decontamination facility in accordance with federal requirements.

A.2 Furnish all labor and materials to fabricate and install a TWO-STAGE (no shower) decontamination facility in accordance with current federal requirements.

A.3 Furnish all labor and materials to construct a temporary partition. The partition must be at least seven feet in height and constructed of plywood, sheetrock or similar material. This line item includes dismantling of the partition at the completion of all work.

A.12 DRYWALL PARTITIONS
a REMOVE existing wood or metal stud drywall partitions where the partition abuts asbestos-containing material. This includes the removal of doors, door frames, electrical outlets, clocks, and switches, and all wiring back to the next junction box or outlet box. Return all doors, frames and hardware to the government.

A.13 REMOVE horizontal or vertical pipe enclosure covers to gain access to asbestos-containing pipe insulation material. These covers are typically single sheeted, three-sided sheet metal, and are screwed together.

A.14 ENCAPSULATE ACM on ductwork, including all hangers or other type of fasteners. Encapsulation is to be accomplished via an airless sprayer and an
EPA-approved lockdown encapsulant. Diameters listed below include insulation.

A.23 Provide an industrial hygienist to conduct asbestos abatement oversight and air monitoring services to conform to all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations and to sign asbestos oversight and air monertering reports.
