J-5 Schedule Model Review
USS SAMPSON N4523A-18-R-0550
Purpose: At A-30 the LMA shall lead a Schedule Model Review of the Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) with all parties to validate integration requirements. The Schedule Model Review is intended to be a detailed review of all work items to ensure adequate integration into the master schedule and to de-conflict any overlapping activities. The anticipated duration of this meeting is 5-7 days. Hours for Day 1 is 0800-1600 and for Day2 and following is 0800-1130.
1. Required Attendees:
a. LMA Management Team
b. Docking and Docking Support Management Team
c. Government Project Management Team
d. Turnkey Subcontractors
e. AIT On Site Installation Coordinators (OSIC)
f. Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) Ship’s Superintendent
g. Ship’s Force (one representative from each department, Ship’s Maintenance Officer)
2. Agenda:
Day 1 WPER (Government Facilitated)
a. Early Start Candidates (LMA)
b. WAF/Tag Out coordination (LMA)
c. Pier Laydown Plan (LMA)
d. First 100 Hour Plan (PMT C/451)
e. Communications Plan (PMT C/451)
f. Process Control Procedures (PCP) (LMA)
g. Access Cuts (LMA)
h. Fire Prevention and Fire Drill (8010) requirements (PMT C/304)
i. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) – AIT’s only (PMT C/451)
Day 2 - 7
j. LMA to Present the IPS for review. The IPS shall include (but not limited to) all work associated with the
Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA), subcontractors, Alteration Installation Teams (AIT), Ship’s Force, and Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA).
3. Deliverables:
a. Updated IPS with all maintenance activities fully integrated. (LMA)
b. Early start candidates submitted and approved by the NSA. (LMA)
c. WAF/Tag Out coordination plan established. (LMA)
d. First 100 Hour Plan established. (PMT C451)
e. Set schedule for all required meetings. (PMT C/451)
f. Pier Laydown Plan submitted for approval by Naval Station Everett. (LMA)
g. List of Process Control Procedures with projected due dates. (LMA)
h. List of access cuts (if required). (LMA)
i. Fire drill execution date set. (PMT C/300)
j. Detailed review of critical path and top three controlling path items. (LMA)
