Additional Information for N4008019R2506
This is an 8(a) set-aside. Only local 8(a) contractors may submit a proposal. “Local” is defined as being served by any of the following three (3) SBA District Offices: Washington DC, Richmond, VA, or Baltimore, MD.
A Site Visit will be conducted on Tuesday 05 November at 9:00 a.m. You are encouraged to attend. Contractors are advised to meet in the Kendrick Conference Room of Building 182 at 8:45 to sign-in and begin the site visit at 9:00. Anyone planning to enter the base must either have a CAC or DBIDS for South Potomac, Dahlgren and Indian Head, or must submit a Vetting Form and Expected Visitor’s form. If submitting the forms, both forms must be emailed to Noah Brackbill (noah.brackbill@navy.mil) no later than 2:00 PM on Monday 28 October. Any forms submitted after this time will not be accepted and you will not have access to the base. The forms are attached to this amendment. Please ensure that you do not change the format for either form. Please allow ample time to pick up your visitor’s badge at the Pass and ID Office the day of the site visit (at least 45 minutes). Use Noah Brackbill, 540-653-7507, and JD Thorne, 301-744-1331, as your Government POC’s at the bottom of the form. Please fill out the last six (6) columns of the Expected Visitor’s form as follows:

The site visit will begin with a tour of Dahlgren and Pumpkin Neck. A brief lunch break will take place, and the site visit will resume at Indian Head, which is a 45-minute drive from Dahlgren. A bus will be provided at both sites for the site visit, but contractors will need to drive their vehicles from Dahlgren to Indian Head.
