About this file
This document provides instructions for completing forms in DocuSign as part of a solicitation response process for Ocean County, New Jersey's Buildings & Grounds Warehouse #65 Exterior Renovations project. The instructions guide respondents through a step-by-step process beginning with clicking the "Draft Response" button and navigating to the Questionnaire section within the OpenGov portal. Respondents must locate questions requiring DocuSign completion and click the "Complete via DocuSign" button to open the DocuSign window, where they enter their name and login email address before proceeding to complete the form.
The critical procedural requirements include completing all fields marked in red, as the form will not allow submission without all required fields populated. After finishing the DocuSign form, respondents have the option to download or print their signed document. Most importantly, respondents must click the link stating "click here to load your completed document" above the DocuSign window to populate the document into OpenGov; failure to complete this step will result in loss of progress if the user navigates away from the page. Once the document is successfully loaded, a green checkmark will appear next to the question number, and respondents should repeat these steps for any additional questions requiring DocuSign forms.
