About this file

This document is a formal contract agreement (Contract No. 21-2769) between the University of Wisconsin System and Insight Public Sector, Inc., a company based in Herndon, Virginia. The contract stems from Request for Proposal No. JD-21-2769 and was executed on March 5, 2021, with Tommy Thompson serving as President of the University of Wisconsin System and Lisanne Skunkweiser acting as the Global Compliance Officer for Insight Public Sector.

The contract covers the procurement of networking equipment for a three-year period from March 1, 2021, to February 28, 2024, with provisions for two additional one-year extensions. The agreement requires the contractor to supply networking equipment in accordance with the original RFB terms and conditions, as well as any exceptions made to those terms that were included in the contractor's bid response. The contract incorporates standard university procurement requirements including non-discrimination clauses and affirmative action plan submissions for contracts exceeding $50,000. The document establishes that both the original request for proposal and the contractor's complete bid response become integral parts of the binding contract agreement.
