About this file
This document is a specification file for deposit slip printing for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Parks & Watercraft Division, involving Fifth Third Bank account documentation. The specification details the requirements for creating customized deposit slips for 11 different park locations, with a total order quantity of 15,150 deposit slip booklets. Each park location will have a unique deposit slip with its own MICR code and auxiliary field number, with the top of each slip standardized to read "Treasurer of State ODNR Parks & Watercraft" and include the specific park location name and contact information.
The deposit slip order includes specific requirements such as maintaining duplicate carbon copy formats and creating booklets for each park location. The bank account details, including routing and account numbers, will be provided to the winning supplier after selection. A proof must be submitted to DNR Parks & Watercraft for each bank account before printing commences. The auxiliary field numbers and deposit slip quantities vary by park, ranging from 50 to 4,000 slips, with a total combined order of 15,150 deposit slips. Pricing details are not explicitly outlined in the document, but the specification provides comprehensive guidance for the printing vendor on the exact design and customization requirements.

Top of deposit slip should read:
Treasurer of State ODNR Parks & Watercraft – Park Location’s Name 2045 Morse Road Bldg. A-3 Columbus, OH 43229 ParksWatercraft.Revenue@dnr.ohio.gov
· The park location name will change based on the park we are printing for. Each park will have their own unique deposit slip with their own MICR code.
· The auxiliary field will change depending on the park. Each park has its own number. See Exhibit A.
· The top of the deposit slip will state what bank the account belongs to.
· An example of a current deposit slip is included, Exhibit B. The two highlighted areas on the deposit slip are the parts that we are standardizing across all the parks and a new field we are adding.
· All deposit slips should be duplicates including carbon copy and come in booklets.
· A proof for each bank account (not every park or auxiliary number) should be submitted to DNR Parks & Watercraft for approval before printing is started.
