***THIS IS A SAMPLE TASK. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT AWARD A PROJECT BASED UPON THIS TASK ORDER.*** Attachment 6(a) – RDIF Sample Task PWS
Performance Work Statement (PWS) Rapid Development Integration Facility (RDIF) HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Limit Switch
1.0 Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide the manpower and materials to fabricate 30 ACC HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Limit Switches. These individuals will perform to the standards and specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement referenced in section C of this request for proposal.
2.0 Background: The RDIF has been tasked by AFLCMC/WISN/E to build-to-print, thirty (30) ACC HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Limit Switches.
3.0 Scope:
3.1 The Contractor shall provide the manpower and the required materials to fabricate thirty (30) ACC HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Limit Switches as detailed in the government provided drawings.
4.0 Program Management: The Contractor shall plan, organize, coordinate, and control all task order activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, and the timely delivery of the required services. The Contractor shall designate a Program Manager who will be the primary point of contact for interface with the Government for all issues regarding this task order.
5.0 Specific Tasks/Objectives:
The contractor shall:
1) Provide the manpower expertise and the required materials to fabricate and perform the QA function on 30 HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Response Limit Switches. The QA function will provide a certificate of conformance stating it was manufactured IAW the attached drawings (CDRL A020).
2) Accomplish the fabrication according to the attached drawings. There is one change required by the customer and reflected in red within the drawings:
a. The text on the box will be etched versus using decals.
6.0 Principal Place of Performance / Hours of Operation: Work in support of this task order will be performed at Building 148, WPAFB, OH and the contractor facility as required. Normal work days are Monday through Friday, except United States (U.S.) Federal holidays. Workers normally work eight (8) hours per day, 40 hours per week, or as otherwise specified in the PWS.

10.0 Government Furnished Facilities, Information, Supplies, and Services: The Contractor will have access to and shall use the Government supplied facilities, supplies, and equipment required to accomplish the efforts described above (i.e., work space, test equipment, tools, machinery, office supplies, etc). The Government shall provide the HC/MC-130 Hose Reel Response Limit Switches drawings (as attachment to the PWS).
11.0 Required reports: Certificate of Conformance (CDRL A020)

13.0 Constraints: N/A
14.0 Performance Standards: The following Performance Objectives, Thresholds, and Surveillance Methods specified in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) apply to this task order.
