KDAM ATARS Follow-Up Q&A 8 Jun 15
Question: Reference Section L: 2. Volume II Past Performance, l. Consent Letter/Client Authorization Letter. Do the Consent Letters and Client Authorization Letters count towards page count? Depending on how many teaming partners a company has, or how many contracts with commercial customers, this could eat up a significant number of pages in the PP Volume?
Also, what tab number is this under?
Answer: Consent Letters and Client Authorizations Letters will not be included within the page count limits and should be provided in Volume 3, Tab 4. Section L has been updated to reflect this clarification.
Question: Reference Section L: 2. Volume II Past Performance, n. Organizational Structure Change History. Do we need to have a “roadmap” organizational structure change history chart for every team member? Also, does this count towards the page count? And what tab number is this under?
Answer: Reference Section L, IV.2.n sentence, “To facilitate this relevancy determination, include in this proposal volume a "roadmap" describing all such changes in the organization of your company.” The reference to “your company” refers to the prime Offeror only.
Organizational Structure Change History information will not be included within the page count limits and should be provided in Volume 3, Tab 7. Section L has been updated to reflect this clarification.
Question: Does the acquisition team plan on releasing an excel spread sheet version of the attached pricing matrix before or with fRFP release?
