Notice of Industry Day For
FA8213-17-R-DSU33
1. An Industry Day Conference for the DSU-33 requirement will be held on 17-18 August 2016, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MDT
2. It is anticipated that the Industry Day will be held at Hill AFB UT (please do not book airline tickets or accommodations until confirmed). Location of the conference room along with directions will be posted at a later date.
3. The Industry Day will include a general briefing followed by one-on-one sessions where contractors may ask questions on an individual basis. The minutes of the Q&A (without identifying the interested party) will be posted to FedBizOpps in the days following Industry Day.
Note: Each one-on one session will last a maximum of 90 minutes.
4. Scheduling for one-on-one sessions is on a first come first serve basis, however we will try to accommodate specific request to meet travel schedules.
5. Please complete the attached registration form for a maximum of 4 participants to attend Industry Day. Submit the completed registration form to antonio.mccartney.1@us.af.mil and darin.huler@us.af.mil by close of business 10 August 2016.
Note: a) All visitors are required to have a valid state issued ID card.
b) Drivers will need a valid Driver License, current vehicle registration/rental agreement and proof of insurance to obtain a base pass.
