About this file
This document contains a draft clause for inclusion in the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0 solicitation. The clause establishes small business participation goals for the prime contractor to achieve a minimum of 15% of total contract value from small business subcontractors. Within the overall small business goal, socioeconomic subgoals are specified as 5% each for small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, and historically underutilized business zone small businesses, and 3% each for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Compliance with these small business participation goals will be evaluated over the life of the contract. The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates this is a continuation of solicitation FA8207-19-ISC-2 to provide integration support services to the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Nuclear Weapons Center.
