About this file
This document summarizes an industry day presentation for the Integration Support Contract 2.0 (ISC 2.0) opportunity. The ISC 2.0 is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of $12 billion and minimum of $50 million to provide engineering, integration, and professional services support to the ICBM Systems Directorate and Minuteman III and Ground Based Strategic Deterrent System Program Offices at Hill Air Force Base. The 18-year contract includes one 5-year base period and two 5-year option periods, along with three 1-year option periods and a potential 6-month extension. The acquisition strategy involves full and open competition with a tradeoff source selection and cost-plus-award-fee contract type. Proposals are due 60 days after release of the draft RFP in January 2020, with contract award planned for June 2021. Small business participation is an evaluation factor with a 20% target.
