PRICING INSTRUCTIONS

PART I: PRICING MODEL SPREADSHEET

Each Offeror will use the attached Microsoft Excel file titled “J3-PricingProposal.xls” to fill in their proposed Government On-Site and Off-Site fully burdened labor rates for the Government’s labor category skill matrix. Pricing will be provided for the Base Period and all Option Years. Proposed option year pricing and rates need to include projected rate escalation for those years.

A. EXCEL FILE OVERVIEW

The Excel file consists of six separate worksheets titled as follows:

· BASE Period (1 Jul 11 – 30 Jun 12)

· Option I (1 Jul 12 – 30 Jun 13)

· Option II (1 Jul 13 – 30 Jun 14)

· Option III (1 Jul 14 – 30 Jun 15)

· Option IV (1 Jul 15 – 30 Jun 16)

· Summary Totals

B. WORKSHEET NOTES

1. Each worksheet, with the exception of “Summary Totals”, contains the following column headings:

Total LaborEquals ‘On-Site Total’ plus ‘Off-Site Total.

C. WORKSHEET INSTRUCTIONS

1. In the worksheet titled “BASE Period (1 Jul 11 – 30 Jun 12)”, fill-in your company name in cell A2. Press Enter. Your company name should now auto fill in column A rows 3 through 85.

2. In the worksheet titled “BASE Period (1 Jul 11 – 30 Jun 12)”, fill-in your company cage code in cell B2. Press Enter. Your company cage code should now auto fill in column B rows 3 through 85.

3. Enter in your company’s proposed ‘Gov’t On-site’ labor rates for each ‘Labor Skill Set’ under Column F rows 3 through 85. Government On-Site labor value totals under Column H will automatically be calculated for each row. In Column H row 86, a total ‘On-Site Total’ value will be calculated for rows 2 through 85. This total ‘On-Site Total’ value will then automatically fill-in on the “Summary Totals” worksheet for the given period of performance.

4. Enter in your company’s proposed ‘Off-Site’ labor rates for each ‘Labor Skill Set’ under Column I rows 3 through 85. Off-Site labor value totals under Column K will automatically be calculated for each row. In Column K row 86, a total ‘Off-Site Total’ value will be calculated for rows 2 through 85. This total ‘Off-Site Total’ value will then automatically fill-in on the “Summary Totals” worksheet for the given period of performance.

5. ‘Total Labor’ values under Column L rows 3 through 85 will be automatically calculated for each row. In Column L row 86, a total ‘Total Labor’ value will be calculated for rows 2 through 85. This total value will then automatically fill-in on the “Summary Totals” worksheet for the given period of performance.

6. Repeat the above steps for the Option Period 1 through 4 worksheets.

7. In the worksheet titled “Summary Totals”, Offerors will need to enter in their Material Handling and G&A rates for each period of performance.

8. Offerors are requested to review and verify their information.

9. Print out all the worksheets. The worksheets have been pre-formatted with headers, footers, page numbers, etc. so please do not alter the spacing (sizing) of columns and rows on the worksheets.
