About this file
This is a pricing exhibit for a Boiler Maintenance contract opportunity in West Virginia, detailing the cost structure for maintenance services on Bryan Boilers, AutoFlame Controls, and Systecon Pumps equipment. The contract encompasses two primary service categories: preventive maintenance covering all items specified in Exhibit A, and corrective maintenance addressing all components of heating systems including pumps, motors, fans, and condensers. Bidders must provide pricing for technician hourly labor rates multiplied by 50 estimated hours, apprentice hourly labor rates multiplied by 25 estimated hours, a trip charge cost multiplied by the estimated number of trips, and parts costs calculated using a markup multiplier applied to $15,000 in estimated parts costs.
The pricing structure requires bidders to enter unit prices and calculate total costs for each line item, with the parts markup calculated by converting a bid markup percentage to a decimal format and adding it to 1.00 to create a multiplier. For example, a 10 percent markup becomes a 1.10 multiplier. The exhibit includes spaces for the bidder's name, signature, and email address, indicating this is a standard bid submission form. The grand total cost represents the sum of all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance labor, and parts expenses, providing the complete pricing proposal for the boiler maintenance services.
