About this file
This is an Exhibit document detailing packaging requirements for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro). All materials must be palletized to specific dimensions of 46 inches wide by 46 inches in length by 42 inches in height. Deliveries that do not conform to this footprint will be rejected and must either be redelivered according to the specified dimensions or the vendor must re-palletize shipments onto MTA pallets at the time of delivery at the vendor's expense.
Each pallet must include an individual packing slip displaying the Purchase Order number. Purchase Order numbers must also be listed on the bill of lading. One packing slip is required for each individual Purchase Order, and multiple Purchase Orders cannot be consolidated on a single packing slip; such shipments will be refused.
