About this file
This exhibit document outlines the filing period schedules and deadlines for price postings administered by the New York State Liquor Authority's Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (SLA/ABC) for its Wholesale Platform. The document establishes distinct filing deadlines for wholesaler and retail price schedules, with wholesalers able to file or amend schedules between the 1st and 25th of each month for effectiveness on the first day of the second succeeding calendar month, or between the 26th and end of month for effectiveness on the first day of the third succeeding calendar month. Retail schedules follow an accelerated timeline, with filings between the 1st and 5th of the month becoming effective on the first day of the following month, and filings between the 6th and end of month becoming effective on the first day of the second succeeding month. Additionally, previously filed retail schedules may be amended within three business days after the 15th of each month for effectiveness on the first day of the following month.
The document also specifies separate deadlines for users to view previously filed price postings, segmented by wholesaler and retail categories. Wholesalers and retailers can view current month schedules between the 1st and 14th of each month, while schedules for the following month become viewable from the 15th onward. For retail schedules specifically, amendments filed by wholesalers become viewable to all users beginning three business days after the 15th through the end of the month. All deadlines automatically shift to the next business day when they fall on holidays or weekends, ensuring continuous regulatory compliance for the liquor industry across New York State.
