About this file
This is Addendum No. 4 to Request for Qualification (RFQ) 26-7-RFQ issued by the City of Sebastian, Florida Procurement Division for Continuing Engineering and Architectural Services. The addendum, posted February 9, 2026, contains no clarifications, questions, or revisions to the scope of work but includes a revised Contact Information Sheet with a corrected RFQ number in the header. The revised proposal due date is February 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, with submissions required electronically via VendorLink. The RFQ seeks to select multiple highly qualified firms to provide non-exclusive professional services contracts for an initial three-year term with the possibility of three additional one-year renewal options upon mutual agreement.
Compensation will be determined on a task-order basis through mutually negotiated Continuing Services Agreements (CSA), with the City requesting services on individual project tasks. Consulting firms must submit detailed scopes of work, schedules, and not-to-exceed budgets with cost breakdowns including labor hours, subconsultant costs, and reimbursable expenses for each task. Proposers must provide signatures from an officer or employee authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the company, with a Corporate Resolution required if the individual is not listed on Sunbiz.org. Contact for inquiries is Jessica Graham, CPPB, FCCM, Procurement/Contracts Manager, at (772) 388-8231 or procurement@cityofsebastian.org.
