About this file
This document is a Task Assignment Notification Form (TA #DC029A) issued under Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Contract No. HW551 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. The task assignment was executed between DEP and AECOM, with Suzanne Schomer as the contractor representative and Sharonda A. Perkins-Davis serving as the DEP Contract Manager. The work is assigned to the Sun Fresh Laundry site (069701255) located at 1010 E. Sample Road, Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida, and represents an environmental assessment initiative under the state's indefinite delivery vehicle contract structure.
The task assignment calls for AECOM to develop a Site Assessment Work Plan and cost estimate for the Sun Fresh Laundry drycleaning facility, with a fixed-price contract value of $4,200.00. The deliverable—a Site Assessment Workplan—is due July 31, 2015, with the task execution period extending through October 14, 2015. The scope includes site data review, a drycleaning site visit, and comprehensive deliverables encompassing a site summary report, sampling plan, health and safety plan, property owner identification, resource-loaded schedule, and cost estimate worksheets. The single invoice milestone requires submittal and FDEP approval of the Site Assessment Workplan, upon which the full $4,200.00 contract amount becomes due. No retainage was specified, and the compensation structure is entirely fixed-price with no fee schedule or cost reimbursement components.
