About this file
This document is Amendment No. 7 to Agency Term Contract No. GC849 for the Petroleum Restoration Program. The contract is between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (a state agency) and East Coast Environmental, Inc. (the contractor). The amendment was signed on August 22, 2022, by John Truitt, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, and by an authorized representative of East Coast Environmental, Inc. The original contract for petroleum contamination site response action services became effective on February 26, 2014.
Amendment No. 7 modifies the Scope of Services outlined in Attachment A (V2.0), specifically Section 12 regarding Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal. The amendment establishes a threshold whereby if delivery weight tickets indicate that the volume of soil transported from a site exceeds the approved Purchase Order volume by more than 20 percent, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the overage being transported. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with this amendment taking precedence in any instances of conflict between the contract and this amendment.
