About this file

This document is Amendment No. 11 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC871, an indefinite delivery vehicle between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Kimberly Ann Brown and Associates, Inc. The contract covers petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's South Region. The original contract was executed on February 27, 2014, and this amendment was processed and made effective on May 25, 2022.

Amendment No. 11 implements rate changes to the contractor's pricing for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022, while all pre-existing work assignments continue to apply the previous rate schedule (V3.2). The amendment modifies rates for 196 pay items across multiple service categories including drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, petroleum storage tank removal, remediation system operations and maintenance, reports, and professional services. Rate increases range from approximately 4.5% to 7% for most items, while select items—primarily large-scale dewatering systems and petroleum storage tank removal services—received significant reductions ranging from 21% to 56%. Attachment D (V3.3), the revised rate schedule comprising 27 pages, establishes maximum authorized rates for billing purposes. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with this amendment taking precedence in case of any inconsistencies between the original contract and the amendment.
