About this file
The document is a Request for Clarification from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to Tetra Tech, Inc., regarding Solicitation Number BPM006010 for the "ASRAC Assessment and Remediation of Hazardous Substances" contract. The communication involves Ana Machiche, Procurement Specialist at ADEQ, seeking clarification from Mekaela Bennett, Program Manager at Tetra Tech, about the company's staffing capacity in their Phoenix and Tucson offices.
The clarification request focuses on Tetra Tech's Organization Profile, specifically the "Capacity" section where the company indicated 100% staff availability in Phoenix (27 staff) and Tucson (43 staff) for the contract. Tetra Tech responded that while 100% of staff are available, not all would be exclusively dedicated to the contract. Staff not listed as "Key Personnel" could be added to the ASRAC contract as needed, with individual staff selection based on project requirements and expertise. The potential contract is estimated to be for five years, with staff dedication percentages subject to variation depending on project workload to ensure appropriate staff utilization.
