About this file
The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Solicitation No. BPM006010, for ASRAC Assessment and Remediation of Hazardous Substances. Tetra Tech, Inc. is the primary contractor proposing to use multiple subcontractors for this project, with the document detailing the proposed subcontractors and their specific roles.
The proposed work involves environmental assessment and remediation services, with subcontractors specializing in various technical areas including general contracting (earthmoving, waste transport, UST removal), drilling (hollow stem auger, direct push, air rotary), laboratory analyses, locating services, and professional surveying. The subcontractors are categorized by their specific capabilities, with work percentages ranging from 0-60% for primary contractors like Environmental Response, Inc. and MP Environmental Services, and 0-40% for drilling contractors like Resilient Drilling and Yellow Jacket Drilling. The document indicates that Tetra Tech will oversee subcontractor work through full-time inspection, incorporate specific contract clauses, and utilize a "retainage" system to ensure quality performance.
