About this file
This is a solicitation document issued by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for the procurement of an Oklahoma Real Estate Data Feed service. The solicitation seeks qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive real estate data platform accessible to state agencies across all seventy-seven Oklahoma counties. The contract will be evaluated using a best-value criterion that considers mandatory requirements, nonmandatory requirements, and pricing. The initial contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options available. The service must support a minimum of two statewide user access sign-ons for adding listings and accessing backend comparative market analysis data, with additional user access provisions for individual counties or regions.
Pricing proposals must be submitted on the designated cost sheet and should include subscription and ongoing maintenance and support costs presented as a total firm fixed price. Bidders are required to provide three separate competitive data sync feed pricing options covering all seventy-seven Oklahoma counties, the Greater Oklahoma City ten-county metropolitan region, and the Greater Tulsa nine-county metropolitan region, with both individual and grouped pricing structures. Discount options should be offered for scenarios where multiple feeds or syncs are selected. Bidders may also submit value-added products or services as separate line items within their response. Technical responses must address whether each requirement is met through an out-of-the-box solution or requires customization to the proposed solution, with all technical information documented in the designated exhibits.
