About this file

This is a Unit Pricing Form submitted by the State of Colorado Office of the State Architect for the MT GOAT Site Construction Project, a capital project under the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (Project No. 793). The form establishes unit prices for nine line items (U1 through U9) that will be used to adjust the contract sum if changes to the scope of work become necessary during project execution. The unit prices remain valid through the date of contract completion as established in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are required to complete this form by entering descriptions, units of measure, and corresponding unit prices for each numbered item, then sign and date the document to indicate their binding commitment to these pricing terms.

All unit prices submitted must be inclusive of the pro-rata share of materials, equipment, and disposal costs required to complete each work item. Overhead, profit, and bond costs will not be included in the unit prices but will instead be calculated separately on a Change Order Proposal (Form SC-6.312) if and when changes are issued. This pricing structure allows the state to manage scope adjustments while maintaining transparent cost accounting through the segregation of direct costs from indirect costs and contingencies.
