About this file

This document contains a Contractor Assessment and Performance Reporting (CAsPR) Questionnaire for evaluating contractor performance on federal construction projects. The questionnaire includes sections to evaluate project management, technical performance, schedule, safety and labor compliance, customer satisfaction, change and cost control management, and quality control. Respondents are asked to indicate performance on a scale of Exceptional, Satisfactory, Marginal, or Unsatisfactory and provide remarks for any rating other than Satisfactory. Evaluations appear to cover design and construction services for maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center, and other Florida locations for agencies such as the Air Force, Navy, and NASA.

The related federal contract opportunity is a draft solicitation for the Space Coast Multiple Award Construction Contract, an IDIQ contract to provide design, management, and construction services for maintenance, repair, and minor military construction projects. Work will be performed at locations including Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center, and the Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex in Florida for agencies such as the 45th Space Wing, Naval Ordinance Test Unit, Air Force Technical Applications Center, NASA, and others. The contract will also be available for use supporting natural disaster response at MacDill Air Force Base.
