About this file
This is a price sheet attachment for the Frederick County Parks and Recreation Department's Invitation for Bid (IFB 2027-01-P&R) for the construction of Old Charlestown Road Park in Virginia. The project involves development of a 25-acre parcel into a fully functional public park with site preparation, grading, utilities, stormwater improvements, lighted parking, irrigated natural grass soccer fields, paved walking trails, futsal and basketball courts, and a restroom/concession/shelter building. Bidders are required to submit itemized line-item pricing organized by eleven base bid categories: permitting, mobilization, earthwork and grading, aggregate and paving, stormwater management, concrete work, lighting and electrical, irrigation system, Romtec building installation, landscaping, and site equipment products. The submission must also include a stated completion time in calendar days and be signed by an authorized representative with original signatures only.
The base bid must be submitted as a firm, fixed lump sum price covering all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work. Bidders may include up to ten percent of the total bid cost for non-itemized miscellaneous supplies. Two optional add items are requested with unit pricing for additional rock removal and unsuitable material removal below subgrade elevations, measured in cubic yards and paid only if authorized by the County based on actual quantities. Once the County accepts a bid, the price becomes firm and may not increase or decrease unless authorized changes to quantities or design occur in writing. In the event of discrepancies between written and numerical figures in the bid, the written amount shall govern. Additional pages are permitted if needed for detailed pricing breakdowns.

ATTACHMENT D: PRICE SCHEDULE
(Completed Form Shall Be Submitted with the Bid)
BIDDER NAME: ____________________________________
All costs for the Project shall be provided in full detail tied to the turnkey solution to satisfy the scope of work as requested.
The Vendor is required to have established processes, procedures, staff resources and relevant tools in place for the project.
The Vendor’s Bid will be itemized by quantity, man-hours/type of materials required, and cost. Line–item pricing is required, as well as the total cost for the proposed job. No more than ten percent (10%) of the total cost of the bid may be for materials that are not itemized (i.e., miscellaneous supplies).
The formal bid, once accepted by the County, will constitute a firm, fixed price for completion of the job. The charges for the accepted bid may not increase or decrease by the awarded Vendor unless, (a) quantities increase or decrease as authorized by the County in writing, (b) modification to the design of the installation as authorized by the County could reasonably increase or decrease the costs of the installation work. In either case, the increased or decreased charges will be approved by the County prior to the Vendor performing the work.
In the event of a discrepancy between the written amount and the numerical figure provided in the bid, the written amount shall govern and take precedence.
Additional pages are permitted if additional space is needed.
