About this file

This is a Technical Proposal Attachment F for a linen laundry services contract with the State of Indiana (specifically Indiana Veterans Home based on reference to "IVH"). The document outlines comprehensive service requirements for the supply, delivery, laundering, and management of healthcare linens and textiles. The bidder must address nine major requirement categories, including the provision of clean linen items such as sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, gowns, underpads, and wash cloths; pickup and transport of soiled linen; sorting, counting, and inventory tracking using facility-approved systems; laundering in accordance with healthcare sanitation standards and infection prevention protocols; repair or replacement of damaged items; and delivery coordination with facility staff. Respondents must also describe their processes for investigating and resolving claims regarding damaged or lost items, confirm compliance with the State's Information Security Framework, and detail their linen specifications and product management procedures.

The document does not specify pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor information, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts. Bidders are required to demonstrate cost savings and innovative benefits, provide trained and professional staff, ensure seamless onboarding and transition support, maintain transparent billing and communication, and comply with annual on-site facility inspections. Documentation and reporting capabilities must be described, including delivery count records, shortage tracking, corrective action documentation, and log maintenance. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is required for access to the State's Information Security Framework, indicating proprietary or sensitive information will be involved in this procurement.
