About this file
This document is a State of North Dakota Purchase Digital Copier Equipment and Multifunctional Devices Contract, utilizing the NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials) Contract #187822 and State Contract PA131. The contract involves HP Inc. as the primary contract holder, with Advanced Business Methods (ABM) appointed as the authorized dealer to perform specific contract obligations. The agreement is between HP Inc., ABM, and the State of North Dakota, with ABM responsible for order processing, shipping, invoicing, and collections related to copier purchases and leases.
The contract covers the purchase, lease, and maintenance of multifunction copiers and related software, with a contract period extending from May 22, 2025 until the NASPO contract becomes null and void. The document includes a Ultimate Service Maintenance Agreement (USMA) that provides support for equipment, including trip charges, inspections, on-call repair service, and parts and supplies (excluding networking support and paper). The contract allows for potential termination under specific conditions, such as lack of funding or changes in federal or state laws that impact the contract's viability. While no specific pricing is detailed in the provided document, the contract appears to be a comprehensive agreement for digital copier equipment and maintenance services for state agencies.
