For TTL’s Vendor community:
Vendors supplying services and products to the U.S. Government are vital to ensuring that operations across the Federal enterprise remain streamlined and efficient. GSA is working with industry partners to offer you, the vendor community, even more resources to continue improving operations.
Essential to this initiative is the Contract Acquisition Life-cycle Management (CALM) system, the Federal Acquisition Service’s (FAS) enterprise-wide, modernized contract writing system.
CALM, a project of GSA’s Federal Marketplace Strategy, aims to modernize all FAS internal acquisition processes and systems. It also serves as a streamlined acquisition tool for suppliers to submit offers and manage contracts awarded to them. FedConnect, an online portal for vendors, is integrated with CALM and serves as a one-stop website with opportunities for federal contracts, task and delivery orders.
For instructions on registering and using FedConnect, please review the guide in Attachment Q2 titled “Ready, Set, Go!” FedConnect also contains a built-in, on-demand automated walkthrough that guides users through the features of the system. You may consult the Vendor Resource Guide in Attachment Q3 for instructions on how to activate and use this feature.
Thank you for being a valued GSA partner. To learn more about CALM and our modernization efforts, please watch this video and explore the website, which offers details about the Federal Marketplace Strategy.
