About this file
This document contains a technical proposal template for offerors to respond to solicitation number 47QMCA21R0013 for the 2022 Transit Buses Program. The solicitation seeks proposals for the production and delivery of transit buses to meet consignee requirements on a continental United States scale. The technical proposal template includes tabs for offerors to demonstrate their technical capability, including processes for ensuring compliance with technical specifications and shipment requirements. It also includes a tab for offerors to demonstrate their management capability for functions such as order processing, supplier management, vehicle availability listings, pre-delivery inspections at dealer delivery points, and routine warranty administration. The template requires offerors to address each criterion directly and include any proposed exceptions to federal standards. The solicitation is posted on FedConnect and proposals must be submitted through that system, with pricing submitted separately through AutoBid per instructions. A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 2, 2021 to discuss requirements.
